About us
OSM Shipping Phils., Inc. (OSMP) was established in September 1989 as an international manning agency, supplying highly qualified Filipino seafarers to shipping companies operating across the Pacific and Atlantic regions. Over the years, OSMP expanded its operations to include the comprehensive handling and management of various types of ocean-going vessels, as well as providing ship agency services to foreign vessels calling at Philippine ports.
Today, OSMP delivers full-service manning and a wide range of ancillary support services to shipowners and ship management companies worldwide. The company has earned a solid reputation for providing skilled, reliable, and well-trained maritime personnel who meet the highest industry standards.

In order to achieve these high standards of service, OSMP has adopted LRQA ISO 9001:2015 as the model for its quality management systems with the commitment to comply the Maritime Labor Convention, (MC) 2006 statutes relative to areas relevant to manning services his policy is appropriate for the purpose of the organization and provides the framework for establishing and reviewing company's quality objectives. This policy is communicated and understood within the organization and will be reviewed for continuing suitability.
